Tickets are only valid for travel on the date printed on them. The following prices are valid on all dates in our timetable in 2024 apart from Special Event dates coloured in gold on the timetable, when special timetables and prices may apply. Single tickets are available to purchase from our booking offices only.

Please note, bacon rolls will not be available on Afternoon Tea running days on the train buffet.

There are many ticket options and prices available. You can choose how far to travel, single or return, in-advance, online (5% discount for standard online tickets - purchased by midnight the day before you travel) or pay on the day at a station booking office.

Please note, it is not permitted to travel on our trains with an E-scooter.

Please note that on the 16:10 departure from Toddington to CRC and the return journey to Toddington no refreshments are available. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Annual Pass Terms & Conditions

  • The terms and conditions are in line with those set out on our website.
  • Annual passes are non-transferable.
  • Annual passes last for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Passes must be presented at a Booking Office for validation, when a Complimentary ticket to travel will be issued.  Passes are not valid for travel without a separate ticket.
  • Pass excludes Cotswold Festival of Steam Gala, Diesel Gala, Autumn Showcase, Fish and Chip Trains, Afternoon Tea and any other non-routine service.
  • Family pass is for 2 adults and up to 3 children.
  • Enhance Family pass is for 4 adults and up to 3 children.
  • Each adult member of the family to be issued with their own pass, and each person will be required to upload a passport photo for inclusion on their pass.
  • Dogs - £ 4, please purchase a ticket from the booking office
  • Carers - If a person with a disability were to purchase an annual pass and they are reliant on a carer, please present your pass at the booking office and a carer ticket will be issued.

Notes and Information

  • Prices are for tickets to or from the destinations shown.
  • Postage of £1 per booking will be added to the cost of printed tickets bought online.
  • Tickets are available on the day from the station booking offices.
  • Dogs - Well behaved dogs can normally travel on trains for a flat-rate fare of £4. Dogs are not allowed in carpeted areas on the trains, and not in first class or in restaurant or buffet cars. Dogs are only allowed on the floor and not on seats, tables or laps  - even if you have a rug. Assistance dogs travel free of charge and are allowed in carpeted areas and buffet cars. Tickets for dogs can be bought online in advance or on the day from the booking office although restrictions apply for some special events.   • Child is 5-15 inclusive.
  • Children under 5 years old travel free but for safety reasons there should be no more than 4 children under 5 years of age for every adult.
  • One carer may travel free with any fare paying disabled person. The carer must obtain a complimentary ticket from the booking office when the ticket for the disabled person is being purchased.
  • There is no supplement charged for travelling in our first class carriages and compartments but, as they have fitted carpets, dogs are not allowed in them (assistance dogs excepted). If you do enjoy sitting in a first class compartment we would encourage you to make a donation in the buffet car, souvenir shop or at the booking office.
  • E-Scooters - Please note these are not permitted on our trains. If  you arrive with one, it should be left parked in an appropriate place at the station whilst you travel. Please speak to station staff if you require assistance.
