Broadway Christmas Shopping Train
Travel by train to the popular late night shopping in Broadway!
For the very first time, travel to Broadway’s famous Late-Night Shopping event by steam train.
Friday 27th November 2026
Friday 4th December 2026
Tickets £12 adults, £6 children. We’ve brought the fares down for these evenings so that as many families as possible can come. The railway is run by volunteers and every ticket goes straight back into the line, so travelling with us helps keep it running.
A special evening service takes you from Toddington straight to Broadway for the village’s Late-Night Christmas Shopping. Parking in Broadway is heavily restricted on the night, so park free at Toddington, board, and let the train take the strain.
The Cotswold Halt at Toddington is open late, with hot chocolate before or after your journey and gifts on sale if you’re still hunting for something for a stocking. Our buffet car will be open on board with mince pies and festive drinks.
From Broadway Station it’s a short walk into the village, where the lights, stalls, independent shops and music make a proper evening of it.
Trains leave Toddington at 15:45, 16:45 and 17:45, arriving at 16:01, 17:01 and 18:01. Coming back, they leave Broadway at 18:45, 19:45 and 20:30, reaching Toddington at 19:01, 20:01 and 20:46. Your ticket is valid on any of them, so travel out and back whenever suits you and stay in the village as long as you like.
