The GWR has modern toilets with baby changing facilities at each station and limited facilities on boards its historic coaches.

Light lunches and refreshments are available in the Flag and Whistle tea rooms at Toddington station and in a refreshment room at Winchcombe station.  Most trains will also carry a buffet car stocking teas, coffees and light snacks.

Disabled parking is reserved close to our entrances and most surface are suitable for wheelchairs and the infirm.  Supervised level crossing of the tracks is possible via a ramp at each station where this is required to avoid the need to use a footbridge.  All trains have a converted compartment for wheelchair access and a ramp can be positioned to assist access with GWR volunteers happy to assist where needed.
