The National Railway Museum’s locomotives currently resident at Toddington, SR 4-6-0 no. 850 Lord Nelson and GWR 4-4-0 no. 3440 City of Truro, are both running on the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway this weekend. - Maggie’s Cotswolds

On Saturday 26th July the GWR is running a special steam train in aid of Maggie’s Cotswolds Cancer Care Centre. The train will depart from Toddington at 18:30, returning at approximately 20:00. - GWR Summer Diesel Gala: Fri 4 to Sun 6 July 2008, June Update

As previously announced, Class 31 No. 5580 (31162) will be visiting the GWR for the Summer Diesel Gala and is expected to arrive at Toddington in the next few weeks. It is expected that the loco will remain at the GWR for the majority of the 2008 season. - Lord Nelson fit!
